Our History

Here at Bowers Garage we pride ourselves on great customer service, quality workmanship and exceptional value for money. We are a proper family run business who see ourselves as part of the local community.
In 1988 the business started under the name ‘Peter Bower Motor Vehicle Repairs’ working as a mobile service from the back of a van, after 10 years repairing cars at the roadside we moved into an industrial unit on Tradecroft Industrial Estate where the business kept on growing to a point that in early 2018 we moved into a newer larger unit on the same estate. This has allowed us to bring the company up to date under the new name ‘Bowers Garage’ with room for growth.
With our 4 ramp workshop we can offer service and repair to all makes and models of vehicle including new cars without affecting your warranty. Our services include Air conditioning, Tyre’s, Tracking, Welding, Diagnostics, Injector cleaning, parking sensors, key programming, MOT testing and much much more.
All of our work carries a 12 month warranty and is backed by our membership of ‘thegoodgaragescheme’ since 2006.
